While designing her fairytale wedding at a Northern Michigan vineyard, Dipti fell in love with the intricate details and creativity of wedding planning. Making other people happy is what fuels Dipti both personally and professionally. Her (perfectly organized) schedule keeps her on the go and her cheerful energy always follows. Always the perfectionist, Michael has discovered his true calling working with couples to design and plan their most perfect day – their wedding day! With a strong business background, including an MBA, Michael honed his event planning skills with 6 years in the customer services and nonprofit industries, before establishing Grove & Co. Michael has always had his finger on the pulse of the latest designs and style trends. While his personal style is a bold and modern aesthetic complimented by lux, his designer DNA loves all good design. Beyond his keen eye for trend setting design, Michael is an accomplished builder as our "go to" for custom backdrops and displays.

Judy's business experience as a landscape and floral designer, coupled with her education as an advanced master gardener allow her to create stunning, one of a kind floral designs for her clients. kira joined the Grove & Co. team in the spring of 2021 to create the fresh and newly rebranded design as well as streamline the workflow process and help with the day to day business details.
after graduating from michigan state university in 2009, kira went straight into the customer service industry and has gained an expanse of knowledge learning how to manage a team as well as serve her clients. her eye for detail partnered with her dedication to her clients and team make her an essential piece to our puzzle. while you may not see kira setting up each event, you can be sure that she has been behind the scenes ensuring a simple, easy and enjoyable experience for you from start to finish!
